Zurita Barra y Mantel
Zurita Barra y Mantel is the new restaurant of chef Leandro Gil, awarded a Michelin star, located in our hotel and with access from Estafeta street of Pamplona.
Inspired by the Zurita dove, a bird that crosses Navarre from north to south, the restaurant offers a culinary tour through the essence of Navarre, with dishes that pay tribute to the local flavours and products of the region. Here, diners will find a cosy and authentic atmosphere, offering a traditional dining experience in the dining room, as well as a more informal bar area with tapas and miniature options, ideal for a quick tasting or a relaxed get-together. With a mid-priced ticket and an offer that includes breakfast and specialty coffee, Zurita Barra y Mantel becomes a space open to the public all day.

Breakfasts
Breakfast at the hotel consists of an individual tray containing different products so you can taste a variety of breads, tomato and oil, cheese and Iberian ham, butter and assortment of jams, fresh prepared fruit, pastries, yogurt and natural orange juice.
Hot dishes: You can also request eggs at your taste, bacon, sausages or chistorra cooked at the moment.
Mini Buffet: To complete your breakfast you will find in this section an assortment of cereals and juices, nuts, varied biscuits, stuffed bread roll, whole grain pasta, products for celiacs or water with lemon and mint.
